Exchanges
J-List understands that you may have made a mistake while ordering. Should you need another size or style, we ask that you mail us your purchase within seven days of when the items were received. The items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of any defects. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a exchange. After that, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
I was shipped the wrong style/color/size, what do I do?
If you were shipped the wrong merchandise- style, color, or size, you should notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for an exchange. We will exchange it for the correct item/s.

Sale and discounted Items
Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased with a promotional code are considered Sale/Discounted Items.
Payment
We accept payment via the secured PayPal site.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only applicable to those shipping items in the state of New York.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
J-List ltd. Clothing Company offers shipping thru UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Items are usually shipped the next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2 to 3 days. Can I modify my order?
